If you're looking for a very affordable and bare-bones music space, rent a monthly storage unit!

Pricing for a 10x10 unit (100 sqft) with Climate Control is $132/month, but the first 2 months of rent are 50% off normal price so you can move in for $66. By using JamPads you get $50 rebate (contact us for details).

Insurance is available and there is a $20 monthly fee for using electricity in the units.

You will need to bring your own lock, or purchase one from the facility for $14.99.
