Listing your music space on JamPads Music Spaces is free, and you can list almost any kind of property!
Whether
you’re offering a home practice space in a spare bedroom or renting our your
professional recording studio, it’s free to list your space.
When you’re ready to start welcoming guests, you can publish your
listing for the world to see.
Description and amenities
Guests
often search for spaces that meet specific musical needs, so accurately
describing your listing and the amenities or gear you offer will help attract
the kinds of guests that are best for you. When telling the story of
your space, answer important questions like what types of activities are suitable for your space, whether or not you have gear
for clients to use (like a PA or a piano), and details about access options (stairs, elevator, etc) when loading gear into your space.
Photos
Photographs
help guests picture themselves using your space. Go ahead and upload up to
18 images, and make sure your photos are well lit, in focus, and
representative of the actual space your guests have access to.
Pricing and Availability
You
know your space and your schedule best, so we let you decide the price
and we ask you to update your JamPads Music Spaces calendar to reflect when it’s available to
rent.
You can set your prices for rent by the Hour, and you can also set pricing rates for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly lockout rentals.
We display your
listing at the price you set and the times it's available. For dates or times that you indicate that your space is
unavailable, users will be prevented from requesting reservations.
Special Offers
Do you want to allow clients to negotiate prices for a certain time/date, or give a special pricing break to a first-time client? Use the Special Offers function that is available when messaging users and give them a custom flat price different from the standard pricing rates listed for your space.
House Rules
Set clear House Rules for your music space to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings. You can specify things like whether or not smoking is allowed in your space, whether loud volume levels are permitted, and if you want to allow food/drinks in the music space.
Security Deposit
You can specify a refundable security deposit for your listing, which can be paid to you in the event there is damage caused by the guest.
